Creating Appreciation Culture with Beautiful Cuisine 「人心去定留、還看美讚佳餚」分享會

Appreciation Culture has been deployed by high-performing organizations to engage multi-generations.

CSG Consultancy partnered with Praisage 我讚 and Job Market to launch Creating Appreciation Culture with Beautiful Cuisine「人心去定留、還看美讚佳餚」分享會 yesterday. Over 120 C-level executives, HR and L&D professionals attended a splendid afternoon cuisine which consists of 1. Appreciation Culture Case Sharing by East Hotel and Swire Coco-Cola; 2. TV Star, Louisa So 蘇玉華interacted with McDonald and Fairwood’s frontline colleagues; 3. Inspirational Talk by Danny Chan, Founder of Praisage.

The cases sharing came up common strategies (ABCD) for launching Appreciation Culture, i.e. A = Appreciation from the top, B = Best practices derived from action, C = Create appreciation moments and D = Deepening with appreciation data.

To promote Appreciation Culture in Hong Kong, CSG Consultancy will co-organize with Job Market and Praisage to launch the 1st Appreciation Culture Award 2018. Peter Yip, CEO of CSG Consultancy and Danny Chan, Founder of Praisage will be in the judge panel.
