Creating Appreciation Culture with Beautiful Cuisine 「人心去定留、還看美讚佳餚」分享會

Appreciation Culture has been deployed by high-performing organizations to engage multi-generations.

CSG Consultancy partnered with Praisage 我讚 and Job Market to launch Creating Appreciation Culture with Beautiful Cuisine「人心去定留、還看美讚佳餚」分享會 yesterday. Over 120 C-level executives, HR and L&D professionals attended a splendid afternoon cuisine which consists of 1. Appreciation Culture Case Sharing by East Hotel and Swire Coco-Cola; 2. TV Star, Louisa So 蘇玉華interacted with McDonald and Fairwood’s frontline colleagues; 3. Inspirational Talk by Danny Chan, Founder of Praisage.

The cases sharing came up common strategies (ABCD) for launching Appreciation Culture, i.e. A = Appreciation from the top, B = Best practices derived from action, C = Create appreciation moments and D = Deepening with appreciation data.

To promote Appreciation Culture in Hong Kong, CSG Consultancy will co-organize with Job Market and Praisage to launch the 1^st Appreciation Culture Award 2018. Peter Yip, CEO of CSG Consultancy and Danny Chan, Founder of Praisage will be in the judge panel.
